Overview MSA has an opportunity for an Engineering Technician II – Civil at our Milwaukee, WI office location. The Engineering Technician position supports engineers and designers by performing project tasks such as CAD drafting, plan set development, detailing, code reviews, submittal review, construction services, site observations, survey and staking, and other field work as necessary. This position is in our Public Works Service Line, with a wide variety of project types such as utilities, sanitary/sewer, roads, wastewater, and more.
