City/State Carrollton, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Provider Specialty: Primary Care Overview: Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine at our St. Luke’s location in Carrollton, VA. Carrollton is nestled on the James River between Smithfield and Suffolk , VA.
