Job Overview: Focuses on facilitating quality deliverable for new program launches, coordinating quality activities, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Job Requirements: What your background should look like - Drive and facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects according to APQP and LEANPD methodology - Act as the quality interface within product development projects, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into robust quality deliverables - Ensure completeness and alignment of product and quality documentation, including PRD, key/critical/special characteristics, and project quality plans - Actively participate in and support Design Reviews, Quality Reviews, and PAC/Gate Reviews, ensuring compliance with project plans and defined quality criteria - Collaborate with Product Engineering to lead and support DFMEA and other design and quality risk analyses, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and documented according to plan - Collabo...
