Job Title: LPN – Med/Surg Shift: 12 Hour Days Start Date: May Duration: 13 Weeks Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Med/Surg unit. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician in a fast-paced acute care setting. Responsibilities: - Provide basic patient care including vital signs monitoring and patient assessments - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative care - Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/physician - Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation - Support patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities - Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols - Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
