POSITION TITLE: Procurement Manager Departments: Procurement Department Reports to: Director of Procurement Direct Reports: Supply Chain Specialist: Summary Description: The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationship strategies for concrete, rebar, and related construction materials. This role partners closely with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality material procurement. The position requires strong industry knowledge, supplier negotiation expertise, and the ability to build and maintain strategic vendor relationships that support project success.
