What You’ll Do: As Customer Service Representative , the day-to-day responsibilities will include: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, vendors and store customers Be the main point of contact for phone calls and in-person inquiries. Process mail, packages, and deliveries – while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area. Assist with other operations- or store-related projects and tasks as assigned. Varied hours between 7:30 and 5:00; 25 hours weekly Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.
