Job description

Role: - Sparring partner to the CEO and, by extension, to the Executive Committee on all financial, ICT and procurement matters. - Leading the finance department at director level and as such contributing to corporate policies in a general sense, and more specifically being responsible for the short- and long-term finance policy including (but not limited to) Accounting, Budgeting, Cash Management, Controlling, FP&A, Reporting, Tax, Treasury. - Develop and implement finance initiatives aligned with organizational objectives to support the company's healthy growth. Responsibilities: - You are a pro-active player at director level who owns final financial, ICT and procurement responsibility and has affinity with the entire organisation. As a human being among people, you help build the culture in the organisation. - As a CFO you will actively participate in the co-creation of the organisation’s strategic policies and objectives and contribute proactively to overall business operations.
