The Electrical Utility Field Planner serves as the primary field authority and owner’s representative for electrical utility construction projects. In this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects, coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, utility operations, and regulatory agencies to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution. You will manage contractor activities, verify field conditions, and ensure adherence to engineering designs, utility standards, OSHA requirements, and applicable electrical codes. As the Electrical Utility Field Planner, you will resolve construction issues, maintain schedules, protect system reliability, and minimize impacts to operations and customers while ensuring the safety of all personnel.
