About the Job You're Considering: The SAP COE- GTM (go-to-market)/ Architect/ Delivery Transformation Leader responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering large-scale SAP-enabled business transformations. This role combines deep SAP domain mastery with industry process expertise to define a “north star” solution vision, architect end-to-end capabilities, and lead cross–Capgemini teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. The Solution Architect establishes trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, owns complex proposal responses and oral presentations for opportunities exceeding $50M TCV, and leads solution blueprinting and delivery execution across the full program lifecycle.
