- Ryde NSW - Day Shift 6 AM start – Monday to Friday (weekend work available) - Full-time Permanent role – Ryde Transfer Station The Opportunity: We’re looking for a skilled Operator to join our team at our Ryde Transfer Station. This hands-on role is ideal for someone heavy machinery experience keen to contribute to essential waste operations that support the local environment. Some of the responsibilities are as below. - Operate machinery (Forklift – essential; excavators and bulldozers – preferred or willing to learn) - Assist drivers and the public with correct load placement - Load and move dry waste for compaction and coverage - Safely operate vehicles and equipment in line with procedures - Assist with general housekeeping duties - Maintain a professional image and always deliver high quality customer service About You: - Plant Operator tickets - Strong work ethic and reliable attendance - Good mechanical aptitude and committed to safety - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Positive attitude and good communication skills - Wiliness to assist co-workers as required - Intermediate computer skills About Us: Join us at Cleanaway and contribute to making a sustain...
