This role is critical to the successful execution of foundation excavation, slab preparation, trenching, grading, and backfilling activities. You will operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production timelines and maintaining strict safety and quality standards. An ideal candidate is confident reading grade stakes and plans, adapts to changing site conditions, and takes ownership of both equipment performance and job site results.
