Job description

As part of our growth, we are looking for a People and Culture Technician (m/f/d) to support the People Strategy and Human Resources tasks in the Blades area in Lumbier, Spain. You will be working within People and Culture team performing relevant tasks as follows: YOUR TASKS: - Lead and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives for the Blades Factory in Lumbier, ensuring efficient workforce planning, cost control, and compliance with labor legislation and collective agreements. - Oversee end‑to‑end People Operations, including daily personnel administration, attendance and leave management, labor relations, and communication with Unions. - Coordinate talent acquisition and development, supervising recruitment for technical and corporate roles, managing onboarding and offboarding tasks, and designing career paths and professional development initiatives. - Promote a strong organizational culture, leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace climate, and the retention of highly specialized technical talent. - Manage training and corporate processes, coordinating technical/regulatory training plans, implementing corporate HR initiatives, and delivering...
