Overview This positions is intermittent-Temporary and works Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM depending upon the needs of the center. The Child Care Aide I works under the immediate direction of the Child Care Teacher in the child care center providing child care and completing related tasks. The incumbent functions as a team member in providing total care of the children enrolled at World of Care. World of Care specialized child care center is designed to meet the individual needs of children who have medical conditions requiring daily nursing care and children with developmental disabilities who require multiple therapies (physical, occupational, or speech/language). While we accept typically developing children, priority for admission is given to children who are medically fragile or developmentally delayed or disabled. World of Care is accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education and licensed by the Maryland Office of Child Care Administration.
