Job Summary: Ensures maximum uptime of production molding machines by diagnosing and addressing quality issues and variations from customer specifications due to molding machines, processes, materials, or operator interactions. Job Responsibilities: - Initiates the start of molding machines and ensures proper functionality to support the on-time completion of production targets - Troubleshoots molding machine malfunctions or bottlenecks that can be corrected by material changes or process adjustments - Records the details of machine malfunctions and the appropriate adjustments as required - Communicates and verifies necessary raw m...
