In this role, you support the German Van & Truck Telesales team by managing administrative sales processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, taking ownership of tasks such as offer preparation, contract management, CRM updates, and customer follow-ups, enabling them to focus on building client relationships and driving revenue. Additionally, you will support post-sale processes, coordinate customer onboarding, and ensure accurate documentation and data quality in Salesforce.
