Maintenance Technician

Job description

Primary Responsibilities: - Partner with Maintenance and Facility leadership to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency - Repair production equipment safely and efficiently following breakdowns - Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues - Fabricate, modify, and install new or existing equipment - Support continuous improvement projects and assigned initiatives - Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage - Comply with all NOV policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Perform other duties as assigned Job Duties: - Ability to work overtime and shift schedules as required - Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day - Perform frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift - Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. regularly - Push and pull equipment or materials throughout the shift - Travel up to 10% as needed Education and Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Experience in fabrication, mechanical, and electrical repair using shop tools preferred - Forklift certification preferred - Ability to read and u...
