RTA Motability Claims Handler Leeds Permanent and 12 month Fixed-Term Contract DLG is evolving. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be joining our dedicated Motability RTA team, dealing with a mixed caseload of OIC, MOJ, complex and Fast Track claims, along with Part 8 litigated cases. You will have the ability to develop your existing experience to litigate post-whiplash reform cases where quantum and liability are disputed. You will be sympathetic to the needs of your clients to ensure a high-quality service is provided and accurate legal advice is given in accordance with our policies and procedures.
