About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised Workforce Scheduler to coordinate and optimise field service activities across preventive, reactive, and quoted works. This role ensures the right technician is in the right place at the right time, supporting productivity, customer satisfaction, and achievement of KPI and SLA targets.
