Senior Developer

Job description

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for executing, driving, and owning assignments through all stages of the development lifecycle to completion. You will document and map requirements to standard application functionality. You will function as a technical expert on complex applications, work assignments, and business problems. Responsibilities : Qualifications: - Partners with project managers, business analysts, and product owners to translate business requirements into monday.com boards, workflows, automations, and integrations. - Promotes open communication and strong stakeholder collaboration; gathers feedback, supports adoption, and drives continuous improvement of monday.com practices and standards. - Builds and enhances monday.com solutions, including board structures, column configurations, automations, dashboards, and (when needed) custom apps and integrations. - Reviews and validates monday.com configurations (permissions, automations, integrations, and templates) and supports change/release processes across workspaces and environments. - Identifies risks, dependencies, and impacts when implementing workflow changes, including automation behavior, permissions,...
