Job Purpose / Summary The Director, Geozone Repair & Maintenance (R&M) is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and execution of Weatherford’s repair, maintenance, and production strategy for service assets and tooling across the assigned Geozone. This role drives operational excellence through process harmonization, asset and inventory management optimization, and workforce capability development. The Director partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Lines, Engineering, and other corporate functions to ensure repair and maintenance activities support demand, reduce fulfillment cost, improve capital efficiency, and meet quality, delivery, and safety standards.
