Job description

Classification: Full-Time, 10-month position Start Date: August 2026 Schedule: 7:20 a.m. - 3:20 p.m., Some weekend and evening work may be required Reports To: Director of Library and Media Services What You Will Do: Instruction & Collaboration: - Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that build media and information literacy - Use innovative instructional strategies that foster critical thinking and creativity - Collaborate with faculty to align learning objectives, assessments, and research skills to support media and information literacy - Empower students to become ethical users of information and enthusiastic readers - Partner with K-12 library staff to enhance library services across divisions Library Program Management: - Create welcoming physical and digital library spaces that support inquiry and collaboration - Curate and maintain a balanced, relevant library collection - Manage cataloging, inventory, and collection development Student Support & Engagement: - Foster a love of reading through programming, displays, and daily interactions - Support students with research, technology use, and independent reading - Encourage student voice, choice, and curiosity...
