Managing Director, Head of North America Distribution

Job description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Managing Director, Head of North American Distribution. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: - Lead the North America distribution business for BNY Investments, setting and executing the regional commercial strategy across institutional and intermediary channels. - Drive revenue growth, net new asset flows, and client retention across North America in alignment with enterprise and platform objectives. - Oversee client coverage and distribution efforts across Wealth, Retirement, and Institutional segments. - Serve as the senior executive sponsor for key client relationships and strategic opportunities across the region. - Lead and support complex mandate pursuits, including origination, negotiation, pricing, and deal structure decisions. - Deliver against annual sales, revenue, and net flow targets for North America. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders. - Provide strategic market insight on client needs, competitive dynamics, and regional growth opportunities to the Global Head of Distribution and platform leadership. - Partner close...
