First-Line Manufacturing Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) organization supporting CSCHA (Communication System Confined Hazardous Areas) based out of Everett, Washington on 1st shift. Position Responsibilities: Manages employee activities within planning, analysis, project administration Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
