Job Summary We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Global Total Rewards Leader to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our global total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Beyond traditional leadership, you will spearhead the AI transition of the Total Rewards function , leveraging generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to automate compensation modeling, personalize benefit offerings, and drive data-led decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our rewards strategy—and the technology powering it—aligns with our business objectives and supports our employees' overall well-being.
