Job description

The Senior Manager IT Delivery will oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and services supporting the Firm’s Knowledge & Innovation & OGC professional functions. This role ensures alignment with the functional strategies and priorities, successful execution of the functional IT portfolio and continuous delivery improvement. This position is accountable for defining and executing the technology strategy that supports the operational and business objectives of the functional area through innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions. This position facilitates and resolves IT delivery issues, escalations, and any other issues related to IT engagement, support or responsiveness The individual will serve as a trusted partner to business partners, ensuring technology initiatives deliver measurable value while maintaining operational excellence and governance discipline.
