Overview: The Manager, HR PMO is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, high-impact HR projects that enable business strategy and enhance the associate experience. This role oversees a team of HR Project Managers and partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure work is aligned, well-governed, and delivers meaningful outcomes. In addition to delivery, this role plays a key part in strengthening and evolving the HR Project Management function by advancing standards, building capability, and driving consistency and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Leadership of the Function: - Oversee the delivery of HR projects to ensure work is executed in alignment with established standards, tools, and methodologies. - Establish and maintain strong project governance practices, including clear decision-making structures, prioritization, accountability, and visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies. - Drive consistency and rigor in how projects are planned, executed, and reported. - Foster strong partnerships with HR leaders and HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of work. - Provide thought partnership to...
