Job description

Hourly Wage: $42.77 - $47.90 Essential Job Duties: (Tasks necessary and required to perform the job.) - Ensure compliance with SCE safety standard, handbook, and COSP - Analyze safety data in various systems (Lytx, Geotab, Fleetio) - Identify safety trends, incident reports, and processes to determine necessary corrective actions and/or training - Compile and submit monthly safety deliverables to client - Complete job behavior observations on field personnel within client contract and follow up with corrective actions as necessary - Collaborate with team to identify unique safety challenges to the client and help develop appropriate trainings and/or processes to reduce future challenges - Remain current with inspection processes and practices by performing regular field work as needed - Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership - Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures - Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings Other Duties: (Other nonessential duties that may be performed.) - Position may...
