Contact Worker

Job description

We are undergoing an exciting period of transformation and are looking for additional contact workers to support us in this process. You will be part of an enthusiastic and friendly team who are passionate about helping children and families when they first come into contact with children’s social care. The roles require excellent skills in communication and building effective relationships with key partners. You will be flexible and be able to at times work under pressure and competing timescales. You will receive good support and supervision. This will be an exciting time to join the service as we further strengthen our partnership approach to working and ensuring that children and families receive a timely, effective and seamless response when they ask for help. The Service & Team: Children's and Families Multi-Agency Referral Unit and Early Help Hub are Cornwall’s single point of contact for all children’s safeguarding and early help services.
