The Arizona Fall League is currently seeking Intern candidates for the 2026 season, learning all aspects of Gameday operations, fan experience and event preparation. As part of the AFL team, you will assist with game operational setup and management of all aspects at the AFL Venues. Collaborate with staff to execute games and events. Assist with merchandising, sales, ticketing, customer service, outreach, and event planning, while enhancing fan experience. The ideal candidate will absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help support the AFL, working with staff to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently while providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for patrons. The AFL 2026 Internship runs from mid-September through November in Arizona. Arizona-based applicants may be the best fit. This is a paid internship.
