Health Economics Manager (UK) Shape the reimbursement strategy that brings life-changing therapies to millions of patients across the UK. Your new role: As Health Economics Manager for the UK, you'll be the strategic architect behind our health technology assessment approach – ensuring our portfolio of treatments reaches the patients who need them most. You'll own the full HTA journey from strategy development through to successful submissions and implementation, working at the intersection of health economics, policy, and patient access. Day-to-day your responsibilities will include: - Defining and executing the health technology assessment strategy for Novo Nordisk's UK portfolio, ensuring alignment with global objectives while meeting local market needs - Leading the development and submission of HTA dossiers for UK payer agencies including NICE, SMC and AWMSG, directing external agencies and managing all stakeholder communications - Developing innovative solutions to access challenges, including Patient Access Schemes and Managed Entry Agreements, in close collaboration with Strategic Pricing teams - Providing strategic input to Product Development Plans to ensure health econom...
