Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Description: At Saint Mary’s Hospital , our Medical Surgical/Ortho-Neuro-Ortho Unit is a 27-bed unit specializing in the care of adult patients with stroke, orthopedic, and neuro-spine conditions. In addition to these specialties, nurses on this unit care for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical needs, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This unit also utilizes a Virtual Nurse, the Together Team Model , as part of our care team. The Virtual RN brings a minimum of 7 years of experience and provides essential support to bedside staff, including assistance with admissions, discharges, patient education, purposeful rounding, and enhancing team communication. What You Will Do: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
