We sell and service a wide-variety of equipment Including Large and Small Construction Tractors, Forklifts, and Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN West Sacramento, CA. POSITION SUMMARY: Overall responsibility for the Material Handling Division Sales Department and its employees reporting to the Division General Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. - Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, and advises dealers and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques. - Assigns sales territory to sales personnel. - Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist dealer’s sales representatives in promoting sales. - Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company. - Represents Company at trade association meetings to promote product. - Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requ...
