This role is a key part of the IT and R&D team. This role's primary focus begins with hands-on desktop support and hardware tasks, and evolves into support and junior systems administration responsibilities (e.g., Entra ID, Intune, and supporting systems via SSH) as the individual grows and learns. The role also helps ensure operational data is reliably retrieved from the field, backed up, documented, and stored according to established practices. This role is suitable for a recent graduate, who is driven to learn, resourceful, and self-directed.
