Job Description: Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business. Position Summary: As a member of the Compensation Team, the Compensation Analyst, Equity Compensation is responsible for the administration of the executive equity compensation plans, and manages the Shareworks and TSX Trust Company vendor systems across various Brookfield business units. This role involves close collaboration with the Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting departments to ensure data accuracy and timely deliverables, and excellent customer service.
