The Sr. Technology Coordinator is responsible for providing on-site technical assistance to end users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Troubleshot problems, installed equipment, and managed service requests. Focuses on global support, requiring effective customer service and collaboration with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
