The Mental Health Family Advocate plays a vital role in connecting children and families to trauma-informed mental health and advocacy services. This position integrates elements of family advocacy, case coordination, and mental health navigation to ensure families receive timely, appropriate, and compassionate care. The Mental Health Family Advocate collaborates closely with referral sources, clinicians, and community partners to remove barriers, engage families, and strengthen participation in services. This position supports both internal referrals from Project Harmony programs and community referrals, ensuring each family receives coordinated, culturally responsive, and strength-based support.
