Supports the home health team by anticipating and responding to team processes related to scheduling, and complete, accurate, and timely flow of patient information. This includes, but is not limited to, patient visit scheduling; MD orders management; assigned workflow processes; and general clerical support to Clinical Manager and assigned clinical Team functions.
