At BoxLunch, we're serious about pop culture, and using our platform as a means to end hunger. For every $10 spent in stores, we're donating a meal to Feeding America. We're looking for an Associate Buyer who is goal oriented and highly entrepreneurial to join our team! You'll support the Buyer in developing compelling seasonal assortments that bring pop culture to life for our customers. This role is part creative, part analytical and all collaboration. This role operates on a hybrid schedule and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA three days a week. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Achieve sales and margin objectives for seasonal buying plans; reach product objective quotas as defined by Buyer or DMM - Develop market analyses and business strategies to outline strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the fashion market; evaluate market continuously to revise our strategies - Execute balanced assortment by strategically selecting and purchasing products from vendor lines to create and enhance assortments based on trend data and partnering with Product Development team to develop product including sourcing and monitoring delivery of product and quality...
