CaseGuard is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. This role requires a proactive talent partner who can attract high-performing candidates in software engineering, AI/ML, product, sales, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments and understands how to build strong pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles. - Create compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms. - Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews. - Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels. - Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding handoff. - Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts. - Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience. - Represent CaseGuard at job fairs, virtual hiring events, and industry conferences. - Maintain accurate candidat...
