Product Director - Oncology (Therapy Selection)

Job description

What You’ll Do: - Own and drive commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for therapy selection products within the oncology portfolio - Define and execute product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to clinical needs and market opportunities - Monitor clinical trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities - Develop and present data-driven business cases, including market sizing, segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial forecasts - Translate voice of customer (VOC) insights into product requirements, features, and enhancements - Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to drive product development and execution - Drive product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy, including sales enablement and training materials - Partner with Market Access and Commercial teams to support adoption and optimize product performance - Track portfolio performance and continuously refine strategy based on market feedback and data insights - Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical partners to ensure alignment with evolving standards of car...
