Your responsibilities: As NFR LOD1 Operational Risk (OR) Specialist you will not “own” the risk or process, but will act as an OR Expert assisting all parts of the businesses to meet their OR Framework obligations. You will help the business “operationalise” the OR Policies by developing local OR procedures, by hosting or trainings and by hosting and engaging the business to identify and resolve OR events as well as acting as Secretary for a several OR Governance Committees. You will also need to be a good communicator at the local “operator” level, and equally at the Manager/Director level, helping the business management to properly gauge their OR performance. The NFR Team’s responsibilities are laid out below. Your exact role therein will depend on an evaluation of your attributes and an on-boarding discussion and liaison with the other members of the team.
