As the Customer Solutions Manager - Group Travel , you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, quoting group opportunities across air, ground transfers, and accommodation. You will create accurate, detailed, innovative and compelling travel programs in response to new customer proposal briefs. You will work closely with the sales team including other internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure all proposals exceed client expectations while also meeting business objectives.
