Description Treehouse is looking for a part-time Director of Marketing ("Director") to work directly for the CEO. This Director position is new and is a result of the growth in our company that has tripled in size over the last four years. The Director would be responsible for all the marketing functions of the company, that have traditionally been done by the CEO. These responsibilities include, but not limited to: Referral Marketing - Managing Treehouse's physician referral relationships through communication, education and support - Identifying referral pattern from our EMR database to determine who our top referral sources are and which ones have dropped off and then targeting each group with appropriate strategies - Identify new practice managers, nurses, psychologists and doctors who could potentially refer clients to Treehouse and obtain appointments for in-person meetings for new and existing services Community Marketing: - Identify local parent support groups and organizations for Autism, special needs children and similar organizations and get Treehouse speaking opportunities - Identify and manage pre-schools in the community that we can partner with in terms of offering...
