Overview Element has an opportunity for an Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead a small team while driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across core accounting processes. As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, mentor staff, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. This is a great opportunity to leverage both industry and public accounting experience within a global Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) organization. This is a hybrid position based in Blue Ash, OH (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
