The Opportunity RS&H is currently seeking a Water Resources Engineer II to join our Transportation Practice in our Orlando, FL office. Essential Functions: - Provides professional engineering consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects, often requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures and independently applying advanced engineering concepts and designs. May serve as the team expert and/or project lead on large, complex multidiscipline projects. - Develops and evaluates engineering reports, plans and specification criteria for a variety of projects, engineering design and facility development, design detailing, code and criteria analysis, construction document production, and construction administration. - Coordinates with a diversified project team, including development of client communication, proposal coordination, marketing, presentations, and management of other discipline-related activities. - Prepares specifications, scaled drawings and proposals.
