We are looking for a seasoned Reconstruction Project Manager/Estimator who can own projects from initial estimate through completion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable working with insurance adjusters and claims, and take pride in delivering projects on time and on budget, we want to talk. What You'll Do: - Estimate and manage residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects (water, fire, mold, wind) - Prepare detailed bids, scopes of work, budgets, and purchase orders using Xactimate and other industry tools - Manage subcontractors and vendor installations from kickoff to closeout - Monitor job cost reports and keep projects at or under budget - Create and update project schedules; track progress and correc...
