Job Description Job Coaches work to support a positive, healthy, and safe work environment for all individuals by advocating for individuals seeking employment. Qualifications: - Job Coaches work at developing job seeking skills with individuals - Work as a liaison between employer and employee (Individual) - Provide support to learn/re-learn job tasks - Complete any and all necessary paperwork - Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License - GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
