YOUR MISSION (The Job Description) The Spa Lead will oversee the day-to-day flow and operation of the spa and assist with front desk/attendant questions as needed as well as guest needs and concerns. The Spa Lead will perform Receptionist and Attendant duties to ensure service standards are followed and guest expectations are exceeded. Qualifications: THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties) WHAT IT TAKES (The Qualities We Look For) - Supervises the Receptionists to enforce expectations and ensure the policies and procedures are maintained daily - Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work area as well as enforces all safety rules and regulations for the spa and salon - Acts as an example to all other spa staff in areas such as professionalism, demeanor, attitude, and grooming - Assists with rotating appointments throughout the day - Trains and mentors new team members - Maintains a positive work environment and mentor staff in a respectful and thoughtful manner - Performs limited supervisory duties to include opening and closing duties, adhering to the immediate needs/requests of Receptionists, therapists, or other spa employees as well as...
