Job description
The successful candidate will have proven experience of retaining, growing and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention and new business development. They will manage and develop client relationships and grow the portfolio being responsible for the targeting and converting of prospects. The Role: Actively contribute to the sales process by identifying key prospects, building new relationships and working existing established business relationships to win and develop profitable clients Execute sales goals by maintaining a sizeable book of business and conducting frequent sales presentations, calls and meetings. Apply highly developed market and service offering insights to engage potential clients and generate interest through scheduled meetings and/or presentations. Provide support and input into existing sales strategies and key WTW and SCR differentiators. Support sales proposals, presentations and RFP responses which creatively and effectively address complex prospect needs.
