The Human Resources Generalist for the Cat Digital Division plays a critical role in supporting our Data & AI, Applications, and Platform Engineering teams as we continue to scale and evolve. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role partners closely with leaders and employees to deliver core HR services, support talent and organizational initiatives, and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
